If you are anything like me, you love to learn. I am constantly on the quest for new information and expanding my educational knowledge. Recently I found two great resources to fill this thirsty area in my brain.

OER Commons covers all grade levels from Kindergarten through College. Topics are as varied as you could imagine. Best part is that the information here is Free to use and Free to share. Here you are even able to change to suit your needs.

Academic Earth covers free video courses from top Universities. Yale, Stanford, Harvard Professors are on video for your benefit lecturing about topics including Genetic Engineering and Society, Same Sex Marriage, Adaptive Evolution: Natural Selection and Javascript. If you need to know it, they have a Professor that covers it. This may be my favorite site yet.

I know that most normal people have guilty pleasures such as Godiva chocolate, Desperate Housewives and Jimmy Choo’s. Maybe my Nerdy side is a bit too dominant as these educational sites may qualify as mine. What sites feed your guilty pleasure?
